Team TCE finalists at REBA wellbeing awards
Team TCE is celebrating being shortlisted as finalists in the REBA Wellbeing Awards in London for our TCE Health & Wellbeing site. These independent awards recognise and benchmark the great work of companies leading the way in employee wellbeing. It’s an honour to be amongst names like Carlsberg, Co Op and Rolls Royce who are making important strides in this area.
What’s even better is the brilliant engagement we’re seeing with TCE employees regularly using the new My Wellbeing site, since its launch last Autumn. The site looks at the wheel of wellbeing: work, home, mind, body and money. It points people in the direction of help they can find within Tata Chemicals Europe and resources we’ve pinpointed outside the business too.
Pauline Yould, Human Resources and Payroll Manager, who was the driving force behind the site, said:
“It’s great that our work to support employee wellbeing has been recognised by the prestigious Reba awards. At TCE we’re very mindful that we employ the whole person, and know that as an employer, taking care of a person calls for a holistic approach.
“The My Wellbeing site is a way of pulling all the caring elements of the business together – showing the whole team that they are valued in a way that goes beyond salary and more formal benefits. I loved working on the project and it’s so satisfying seeing people across the business reaping the rewards – and recognition in an award is the cherry on the cake!”
